What this website processes

Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technical connection data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses and Vercel's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Fonts. Fonts are served from our own hosting. No request goes to Google or other font providers.

Cookies. Only one cookie is set, after login: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days. There are no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics.

Browser storage. Tools in the member area (score tracker, schema generator, progress) store your entries in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

Purchase and login

Purchases are processed by Whop (whop.com). Whop collects the data needed for payment and sends you a license key. We do not receive payment data. When you log in, your license key or membership ID is sent to Whop's API to verify that your membership is valid; we store only a signed confirmation of that check in the session cookie. Whop's privacy policy applies to its processing.

Waiting list and email

If you join the waiting list, we use your email address only to notify you once, then delete it. If you email us, we keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your request.

Legal basis

Processing is based on performance of the contract (purchase, login), our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (server logs), and your request (waiting list, email). The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR apply.

Your rights

You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to the email address above. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, in the EU, your supervisory authority.
