Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example by email) to:

You may use the model form below; it is not mandatory. Sending the statement before the period ends is sufficient.

The playbook is digital content that is made available immediately after purchase. If you expressly agree during checkout that access starts before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the statutory right of withdrawal expires with the start of access.

Audit & Sprint is a service. It may be cancelled free of charge until the first working session takes place. Once the session has taken place with your consent, the right of withdrawal expires for the part of the service already rendered.

Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on the playbook: if it does not help you, email us within 30 days of purchase and you receive the full amount back, no questions asked. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same means of payment you used, via the payment provider Whop.
